Facing 2010, IPA’s first themed competition has come to a close. We will be announcing the winners on February 19th, hang tight! The 2010 IPA annual competition is still open for submissions with the deadline on April 30th.
Lucie Foundation will be at the 2010 LA Art Show and is extremely proud to present Group LA 2008: An Intimate View of Los Angeles through the eyes of 30 photographers, conceived and directed by Helen K. Garber. Each participating photographer has marked their territory by documenting the neighborhood in which they have chosen to reside, work or play to produce a narrative portrait – all of which have been formatted for simultaneous looping, modular digital display which will deliver thirty unique, up-to-minute perspectives of this great city.
Come stop on by our booth to say “Hello!” and have a chance to view the work of many amazing artists worldwide. We’ll be there from Thursday to Sunday, January 21-24 from 11am to 8 pm (with the exception of Sunday from 11am to 5pm).

We at the IPA and the Lucie Foundation wish you a beautiful 2010!
“Facing 2010″ is IPA’s first themed competition. The deadline is rapidly approaching on January 15th. We want to see the faces from the first decade of the 21st century! Two Olympics have passed, two epic elections in the U.S., countless personal milestones have been reached and we want to see them all (through portraits of course).
